Online Tutorials for IPEDS Data Submission

The Association for Institutional Research (AIR), with support from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), offers free online tutorials for completing IPEDS surveys. The tutorials available on AIR's website AIR's website provide step-by-step instructions – by institutional sector – on how to fill out IPEDS survey components. Tutorials also include a “What's New” section, which outlines changes in the IPEDS survey from the previous year. Tutorials for all 2010-11 IPEDS surveys, along with other IPEDS data tool tutorials, including the IPEDS Data Center and College Navigator, are available.

Spring Data Collection Deadline Reminder

As a reminder to those institutions that did not complete them prior to the Winter collection deadline, the following survey components (if applicable) remain open, with the Keyholder deadline of April 13, 2011: Fall Enrollment, Finance, Student Financial Aid, Graduation Rates, and 200% Graduation Rates.
