Request for Comments on 2010-11 IPEDS Data Collection Schedule Proposal
NCES is proposing the following 2010-11 IPEDS Data Collection Schedule. A chart with the proposed dates has been posted at: http://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/InsidePages/TrainingAnnouncements?date=2010-February-1&id=963 The chart indicates the 2010-11 proposal by data collection, an explanation of differences from the current schedule, and details about the current schedule for comparison. Please review the chart, and if you have any comments, please send them to Elise Miller at elise.miller@ed.gov by February 19, 2010.
'Forms Facsimile' now available in Data Center 'Look up an institution' function
The 'Forms Facsimile' report, which was part of the former Peer Analysis System, is now available in the IPEDS Data Center at http://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/datacenter. The forms are available in the 'Look up an institution' function, and display your institution's IPEDS data by survey. Once you have entered the Data Center and selected an institution, click on the institution's name and then choose Reported data. The reports are available onscreen or in a .pdf format. Currently, the years available are 2001-2007.
