The Winter 2002-2003 data collection is now closed to keyholders
The Help Desk staff will be reviewing all submitted data and will contact institutional keyholders as needed to resolve any questions about data submissions.
The Spring collection will open on March 5
The Spring collection will open on March 5, and will close to keyholders on April 16. Copies of the Spring surveys can be found at http://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/web2000/SpringDataItems.asp and the collection includes the following:
- Graduation Rates Survey (GRS) - Mandatory for all institutions.
- Student Financial Aid (SFA) - Mandatory for all institutions.
- Finance (F) - Mandatory for all institutions.
- Enrollment - Mandatory for all institutions. Collection includes residence data (mandatory); age (optional); full-year unduplicated counts by race/ethnicity and gender (mandatory); and instructional activity (mandatory). Institutions that completed and locked the Enrollment survey during the Winter collection may make corrections, if needed, by calling the Help Desk to have the survey unlocked.
For Spring 2003 reporting of FY2002 finance data, public institutions will have several options:
- The standard finance form used in past years will still be available;
- A new finance form will be available to accommodate the change to GASB 34/35; and
- For those public institutions following FASB standards, a third format is offered.
Please be sure to complete the proper form according to the standards used to create your audited financial statement.
