30-Day Comment Period Now Open for ACTS Survey Component Collection
30-Day Comment Period Now Open for ACTS Survey Component Collection OMB has opened the 30-day comment period related to the proposed new IPEDS component, "Admissions and Consumer Transparency Supplement" (ACTS). Information about the new proposed component, including detailed information about the collection methodology, is available at: https://www.regulations.gov/search?filter=ED-2025-SCC-0382. The deadline for providing comments during the 30-day comment period is December 15, 2025.
NCES plans to make the ACTS component available for submission early in the Winter 2025-26 collection period, with a closing date (to Keyholders) of March 18, 2026.
