OMB Seeks Comments on Proposed Revision to IPEDS Data Collection

OMB is currently soliciting comments on a proposed new IPEDS component, "Admissions and Consumer Transparency Supplement" (ACTS). Information about the new proposed component, including the data to be collected, and Directed Questions concerning 1) the applicability to institutions and 2) time burden, can be found at: https://www.regulations.gov/document/ED-2025-SCC-0382-0001.

The deadline for providing comments during the 60-day comment period is October 14, 2025. Comments can be posted at: https://www.regulations.gov/document/ED-2025-SCC-0382-0001/comment
