1) Spring 2021 Data Released

NCES has released provisional data from the Spring 2021 collection. The Spring 2021 collection includes the following survey component data: Enrollment, Fall 2020; Finance, Fiscal Year 2020; Employees in Postsecondary Education, Fall 2020; and Academic Libraries, Fiscal Year 2020. The data are currently available through the IPEDS Use the Data Page (https://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/use-the-data).

2) DFR Notification Emails Forthcoming

Data Feedback Report (DFR) notification emails are anticipated to be sent to primary Keyholders and Coordinators on December 16, 2021, from IPEDSDataFeedback@ManTech.com. Please add the email address to your address book to help ensure successful delivery. Copies will be emailed to Chief Executives approximately three weeks later. For more information, or if you are a Keyholder or Coordinator and do not receive the email, please send an email ipedsdatafeedback@ed.gov after December 16th.

3) Recent Data Updates

Other recent IPEDS data updates including the following:

• The final revised data from the Spring 2019 collection, including Fall enrollment 2019, Human Resources 2019, Finance and Academic Libraries Fiscal Year 2019 are now available through most functions of the Use the Data tools.
• The Data Trends tool has recently been updated to include data from the following releases: provisional Spring 2021, final Spring 2020, provisional Winter 2020-21, and final Winter 2019-20. In addition, a new Data Trends question has been added related to Outcome Measures.

Reminder: The Winter 2021-22 and Spring 2022 IPEDS Data Collections are currently open and will close to Keyholders on February 9, 2022 and April 6, 2022, respectively.
