Changes to the Prior Year Revision (PYR) System
The IPEDS Prior Year Revision (PYR) System allows corrections to be made to data submitted during last year’s IPEDS collections. Surveys can be revised by the last locking user (keyholder or coordinator) for the survey needing revision. Contact the IPEDS Help Desk to request to have a survey unlocked for revision.
New This Year! All surveys (other than IC) are available for revision now through the closing of the current year spring collection (4/16/08), including the time periods between the collections.
Please note that the Institutional Characteristics (IC) data are NOT subject to change. You may correct prior year Price of Attendance data on the current survey if necessary.
If you failed to respond to one or more of the prior year surveys, you may also supply your missing data using this system.
