TRP Suggestions Available for Comment
Suggestions from the most recent meeting of the IPEDS Technical Review Panel are posted at https://edsurveys.rti.org/IPEDS_TRP/Default.aspx and are currently open for comment. Suggestions are from Technical Review Panel #58, “Exploring Best Practices in Data Visualization" that was held March 26 and 27, 2019, in Washington DC. Comments from interested parties should be sent to Janice Kelly-Reid, IPEDS Project Director at RTI International, at ipedsTRPcomment@rti.org, and are due by June 10, 2019.

This is an encore session, which is a shorter session from the impact session presented earlier this week. However, this presentation provides an opportunity for those who missed the impact session to receive the general update on the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) annual survey collected by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) of the U.S. Department of Education. The following information will be presented: a brief review of the 2018-19 data collection year and proposed changes to future collections.
